The three dreaded words. What's for dinner. Although I have never written a blog, I have cooked a million dinners! I have to tell you my spelling is terrible and always has been, I frustrate auto correct on a daily basis! I am trying to be a healthy southerner but the roots run deep in the world of butter and grease. I think where I have had my success as a cook is that one I love to eat and feed people and two I can make up meals with things that just exist in my kitchen. I like to think of it as a culinary gift ;). So here is my first recipe post that I believe hit all the marks for a somewhat healthy Wednesday meal. The bacon could have put it over the edge, but good intentions were there.
